1. Exemption for Customized and Custom-Made Items
The right of withdrawal and refund does not apply to custom products.
Because our primary business involves providing corporate gifts, branded merchandise, and custom promotional solutions, the vast majority of our products are personalized or manufactured to the buyer’s specific instructions.
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the buyer's specifications.

Items that are clearly personalized (e.g., printed, engraved, embroidered, or branded with a logo, text, or specific design).
Once an order for customized items has gone into production, it cannot be canceled, and once delivered, these items are not eligible for a refund or return under any circumstances, unless the items are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Blank/Unbranded Items Only)
For any items sold entirely unbranded and without customization, natural persons purchasing for personal, non-commercial use ("Consumers") have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason and without justification.
Eligibility for Consumer Returns (Unbranded Items):
To be eligible for a standard withdrawal return, your item must be:

In the exact condition that you received it.

Unworn or unused.

Retaining all original tags.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. B2B (Business-to-Business) Purchases
The 14-day standard right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities, companies, or individuals purchasing goods for commercial or business purposes.
However, business customers are fully entitled to return goods (including custom products) if they are non-compliant with the order, damaged upon arrival, or of inadequate quality (see Defective or Non-Compliant Goods below).
4. Other Non-Returnable Items
In addition to custom products, we cannot accept returns for:

Perishable Goods: Items with a limited shelf life (e.g., promotional food items).

Personal Care Goods.

Hazardous Materials.
-
Sale Items.
-
Gift Cards.
(Note: Minor color differences due to screen settings, lighting during photography, production batch variations, or natural material characteristics are not considered defects and are not valid grounds for return.)
5. How to Initiate a Return (For Eligible Items or Defect Claims)
To request a return for a blank item or report a defective custom item:

Await Approval: If your return is approved, we will provide you with specific return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
6. Refund Terms
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 14 days of the return approval.

Method of Refund: Refunds are strictly issued using the original payment method you used for the transaction. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
7. Defective or Non-Compliant Goods
For B2B Customers:
If a business buyer determines that the goods are damaged, of inadequate quality, or do not comply with the order, the buyer must submit a claim no later than 5 business days from receipt of the goods.

The email must include a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence clearly showing the defect.

Failure to notify us within this 5-day window may result in the rejection of the claim.
For Consumers (EU Legal Guarantee):
For natural persons, EU law guarantees a minimum 2-year warranty against faulty goods or goods that do not look or function as advertised. Buyers are expected to use the product with reasonable care and strictly in line with its intended purpose.
