Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 Business Days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We may delay shipments by a few days if we are dealing with a high volume of orders. Please allow extra days for the delivery process.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping rates are broken down by region below:

 

Domestic Shipping (Latvia)

• Standard Delivery (Orders €0.00 – €199.99): €5.00

• Free Delivery (Orders €200.00 and up): Free

• Express Delivery: €55.00

International Shipping (Rest of World) We offer worldwide shipping. For international orders, rates are based on the total order value and your chosen delivery speed:

• Standard Delivery (Orders €0.00 – €199.99): €10.00

• Free Delivery (Orders €200.00 and up): Free

• Express Delivery: €70.00

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Approved Projects SIA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Approved Projects SIA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
