In-stock orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Branded or customised orders also need mockup approval and production time, which we confirm with your quote. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status online.

Unbranded items bought for personal use can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customised or branded products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged; please report any issue within 5 business days of receipt, with photos, to hello@approvedpromo.eu. Full details are in our right of withdrawal policy.

You can ask to cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped by emailing hello@approvedpromo.eu straight away. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone into production.

Yes, samples may be available upon request. Sample costs and delivery terms depend on the product and destination. Please contact us for details.
